SHINY THING$ 0172 ✨

Glory Days.

This past week was the final stretch into the IPO of the Constitution on Rally: an extremely rare first public printing of the document that set the framework for our country in 1787. Reservations for the $995,000 IPO opened in pre-sale earlier in the week, and officially went live on Friday at 12:00PM EST.

By 12:04PM, it was fully sold out.

With that, we prepare for the next launch — something that brings us back to our roots in an offering that is built for near instant liquidity (announcement soon soon soon).

But in the meantime, there’s a lot of content hitting social media on a daily basis involving nearly every category on Rally, but the images and video from the hardwood floors of the NBA is specifically prevalent these days.

Coming off last week’s All-Star game, it’s clear that the “classic” era of modern basketball — the one so many of us grew up on — is officially a relic of the past. The game’s imagery, energy, and aesthetic have evolved to match a new generation’s craving for 6-second highlights and instant gratification (we can probably attribute some of that to Stephan Curry). But history lives on in the unforgettable moments and iconic snapshots that shaped the sport. So, for the 172nd edition of Shiny Thing$, we’re serving up a nostalgia-packed mood board to bridge the old with the new.

The Glory Days of the NBA...

Until Next Week…
